Cannot do online check-in with ANA! - clickチェックインできない！

Within 24 hours, I will leave for the blind man's trip for perceptual mobility and other blindness rehabilitation training.

So, I accessed to ANA web site and tried to chech-in online, but the site returned error message.

Since the mobile check-in returns the same error, I called up ANA Sky Assist Desk, the telephone helpdesk for people with disability, and I found out passenger who requires special assistance only can check in at the airport.

Um... okay. I wanted to apply for an upgrade to Premium Economy, but I wonder there are some seats left at the time I check-in at the airport tomorrow morning...


いよいよ全盲の視覚障害者、舌打ち修行の一人旅の出発まで、２４時間を切りました。
さて、インターネットや携帯でclickチェックインをしようとしたのですが、エラーが出てチェックインできません。

ANAスカイアシストデスクに電話して聞くと、「視覚障害者などお手伝いが必要な方は、オンラインでチェックインが出来ないため、空港のANAらくのりカウンターで手続きをしてください」とのこと。

・・・せっかPYにくアップグレードしてもらおうと思ったのに・・・
明日空港でアップグレード席、空いているかな・・・
